We are passionate about crafting high-quality, small-batch artisan bread, patisserie, and cakes.
Every product is handmade in our bakery in Mapperley using only the best ingredients – free from additives and preservatives. The slow fermentation methods used for our breads, combined with the natural flavors in our sweet treats, mean that every bite is as delicious as we can make it.

Our Story
What began in 2022 as a project in our home kitchen quickly became something much bigger than we expected. The response from our local community was overwhelming – what started with a small offering of products quickly turned into a Saturday morning ritual. We knew we were on the right track when over 100 people started queuing up to get a taste of our food on Saturday mornings.
Today, we’re proud to have grown into a thriving shop with a team of over 15 dedicated members helping us make and serve our customers four days a week.

We Focus On
Quality Ingredients: We use high-quality artisan flour, butter, and an abundance of locally sourced produce wherever possible.
Traditional Methods: Slow fermentation and hand shaping are key to our process. Many of our team members, including our founder Rachel, have trained at the School of Artisan Food, ensuring that every product reflects the highest level of craftsmanship.
Community: We love being part of the Mapperley community and are grateful for the support that has helped us grow.
